pure tranquility away from life's everyday stress, leaving you rejouvinated and energized.
Each session begins every hour on the hour and lasts 45 minutes, dress comfortable and
enjoy the faint taste of salt on your lips.

sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside.
Expect to sweat and burn 300-500
calories in every 20 minute session.
